1.5.1 Comparator Module Will Not Function in ULP Mode
When operating in Ultra-Low Power (ULP) mode (VREGPM = 1x), the Comparator
module will not function, even after enabling the peripheral.
Work around
Enable the Temperature Indicator module by setting the TSEN bit of the FVRCON register prior to enabling the Comparator module.
