2.8.1 DMAC in Debug Mode
In Debug mode, DMAC does not restart after a debug halt when
DBGCTRL.DBGRUN=0.
Work Around:
Set DBGCTRL.DBGRUN to '1' so that the DMAC continues normal
operation when the CPU is halted by an external debugger.
