3.3 Activate Your License

After you purchase or acquire a compiler license, you will need to activate it. To activate your license, you can rerun the installer until you get to the Licensing Information screen and then Click here to activate your license. The link will direct you to the Microchip Purchasing and Client Services (Ecommerce) website, Software Products web page.

You can also go to the Ecommerce Software Products web page through MPLAB X IDE. Either select Help > My Development Tools or in the My MPLAB X IDE desktop section click on View My Development Tools.
