Revision 4 is the initial release of the board.

Known issues:

The silkscreen designator for SW0 on the board is incorrect. The correct designator for SW0 is PC0.
The on-board debugger board configuration incorrectly sets the maximum target voltage to 5.0V
- pydebuggerconfig may be used to correct the board configuration using the following command line:
```
pydebuggerconfig replace -r VMAX="55"
```
