2.2.1 Experiment Description
As for Use Case 1, the boards are placed in an oven to study their response to the ambient temperature sweep.
CAUTION: For characterization purposes, the oven
temperature is increased up to TJ = 125°C. For industrial devices, that
temperature exceeds the maximum specified range (105°C) and should never be applied
during normal operation.
- No cooling system and no air flow are provided.
- VDDCPU = 1.15V, VDDCORE = 1.05V
- CPU frequency = 800 MHz
- Linux thermal control is disabled. The frequency scaling governor is set to the “performance” policy.
