8.4 Configuring config.json

Configure config.json with the correct CSMS URL, port, charge point ID and security profile.

On the target, edit the file using the vi tool. For a Buildroot image, the file is located under /ocpp201/. For a Yocto Project® image, the file is located under /ocpp/.

Set securityProfile to 0 for an unsecured test connection.
Set ocppCsmsUrl to the URL and port displayed in the OCA interface.
Ensure that the charge point ID in the URL matches the Unique Identifier Charging Station value in OCTT.
