2.9.2.5.1 Plain Text Mode

This image format is used for a chip configured in Non-Secure mode. For this mode, only hashes are checked for image integrity. SHA2 in its 256-bit variant is used to verify both header and actual bootstrap. The format is shown in the figure below.
