8.1.3.1 Special Functions in SFR/SFRBU

The PUF is controlled using several registers:

• SFR_PUFCTL manages power and enable/disable of the peripheral.
• SFR_PUFDIS manages the allowed functions.
• SFR_PUFRUCR0, SFR_PUFWOCR0, SFR_PUFRUCR1 and SFR_PUFWOCR1 manage the key generation allowed for the consumers (ROM code, bootstrap, various applications).
