2.3.1 Single-Value Per-Cycle Power Offset Approach

The two single-value power offset compensation values only affect pulsed outputs (not integration register values) and are named:

• POWER_OFFSET_P
• POWER_OFFSET_Q

POWER_OFFSET_P is total active energy (Wh) in a full cycle. POWER_OFFSET_Q is total reactive energy (Varh) in a full cycle. POWER_OFFSET_P and POWER_OFFSET_Q are stored in sQ1.30 format.

The power offset depends on the DETENT type in PULSE_CTRLx:

• Energy = Input Energy – Power Offset, when DETENT is NET, DELIVERED or GENERATED
• Energy = |Input Energy| – Power Offset, when DETENT is ABSOLUTE
