OTA Data Behavior
Client write the specified data to server via the OTA Data characteristic after issuing the dedicated operation in OTA Control Point characteristic. Server shall notify the result of the OTA Data process to client.
The format of the result of OTA Data process notification is defined in Table 3.5.
