24.13.5 Temporary
The Temporary register is used by the CPU
for 16-bit single-cycle access to the 16-bit registers of this peripheral. The
register is common for all the 16-bit registers of this peripheral and can be
read and written by software. For more details on reading and writing 16-bit
registers, refer to Accessing 16-Bit Registers in the Memories
section.
