4.1 Debugging at91bootstrap

To debug at91bootstrap, click the Debug icon in the IDE toolbar (or go to Project→ Debug) and use the available debug features such as Step into, Reset, Step over, etc.

When debugging the application, serial console outputs can be monitored by connecting the host to the board using a terminal emulation program.
