maximum SPI clock frequency must be the lower value of the reception or
transmission mode maximum frequency as shown in the following equations:
- Reception: tSCK = 2*(tMIS+tCLIENT_OUT)
- Transmission: tSCK = 2*(tMOV+tCLIENT_IN)
