4.1 Requesting for a Free or Paid Silver License Download

Follow the steps to request for a free or paid silver license:

1. Visit Microchip Direct at www.MicrochipDirect.com.
2. Register or Sign-In to MicroChip Direct.
3. To select FPGA Licenses, Click the Products tab and click Field-Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) as shown in the following figure.
   
4. Click Generate Free and Paid Licenses from the FPGA Licenses list as shown in the following figure.
   
5. Click Request Free License at the top-right corner of the page, as shown in the following figure.
