6.5 EEPROM Data Memory

The ATtiny804/806/807/1604/1606/1607 has 128/256 bytes of EEPROM data memory. See also section Memory Map. The EEPROM memory supports single-byte read and write. The EEPROM is controlled by the Nonvolatile Memory Controller (NVMCTRL).
