Clarifications have been made to the ADCn.CALIB.DUTYCYC register

- Redundant text referring to a minimum operating voltage of 2.7V has been removed
- CLKADC information moved to ADC electrical characteristics
Bit 0 - DUTYCYC Duty Cycle
This bit determines the duty cycle of the ADC clock.
