1.9.1 CCP Compare Toggle Output Mode Does Not Work as Expected
The CCP module's Compare Toggle Output Mode (MODE[3:0] = 'b0001) does not work
as expected. When the TMRx resource matches the value in the CCPRx
registers, the output may toggle randomly or not at all.
