8 Log and Save Data To a File
Variable data may also be logged and then saved to a file for later analysis.
Logging captured data to disk is intended to work with any data source with these
exceptions/notes:
- Power DGI data logging is not supported
- Debug GPIO data is logged as the combined bus value of the GPIO lines
The Log Data to File feature is different from the Snapshot feature of the time plot (see 4.3.5.1.7 Output Plot Data) in that it enables continuous logging of data to file, while the snapshot function supports selecting and exporting a range of data that has already been captured and plotted.
