6.6 Nonce Command

The Nonce command has the dual purpose of being used to output a random number for use by the system and/or to generate a session key for use by a subsequent Write command by the host. A single invocation of the Nonce command will result in the following:

• A random number will be generated and output on the bus for use by the host system.
• An internal nonce value will be generated for use internally by the TA010-TFLXAUTH.
• A session key will be generated if the proper input parameter is provided.
