1 External Antenna Calibration (Cal) Overview

External antenna Cal is an internal calibration performed without the use of external equipment, such as the IQxel RF test equipment by LitePoint™. It aims to achieve controlled output power and meet IEEE® specifications when the planned external antenna’s VSWR exceeds 1.5 within the operating bandwidth. External antennas with a VSWR > 2 are not recommended for use.
