Timer0 module has the following features:

  • 8-Bit Timer with Programmable Period
  • 16-Bit Timer
  • Selectable Clock Sources
  • Synchronous and Asynchronous Operation
  • Programmable Prescaler and Postscaler
  • Interrupt on Match or Overflow
  • Output on I/O Pin (via PPS) or to Other Peripherals
  • Operation During Sleep
