5 Device ID/Unique ID
The Device ID region of memory can be used to determine variant and manufacturing information about the chip. This region of memory is read-only and can be read when code protection is enabled.
Table 5-1 lists the identification information for each device. Table 5-2 shows the Device ID registers. Figure 5-1 shows that the JTAG ID is generated given a device DEVREV and DEVID.
