USB_CONTROL_SETUP	Wait a SETUP packet
USB_CONTROL_DATA_OUT	Wait an OUT data packet
USB_CONTROL_DATA_IN	Wait an IN data packet
USB_CONTROL_ZLP	Wait an IN or OUT ZLP packet
USB_CONTROL_STALL_REQ	STALL enabled on IN and OUT packets
