2.1 DAC

In this application, the DAC is configured to use V_DD as the positive reference and ground as the negative reference. To allow for smooth waveforms with desired amplitudes below V_DD, the Fixed Voltage Reference (FVR) can supply the positive reference, or a second DAC could supply V_REF to allow for greater flexibility, although this would require an external DAC in cases where the device has only a single DAC.
