8.9.2 ICSPEN
Note: 
            
- This register can only be accessed
                  by software that was programmed into the device boot block prior to the
                  Programming and Debugging Interface Disable (PDID) feature being activated
                     (ICSPDIS = 
0). - The EN bit can only be set after following the unlock sequence on the ICSPLOCK register. The EN bit will be cleared when a Power-on Reset event occurs.
 - Refer to the Enhanced Code Protection section of the "Device Configuration" chapter for more information.
