10.1.5.2.2 Input AC Characteristics
The following table provides the input requirements of the signals connected to I/O lines when they are configured as digital inputs. In particular, these values apply when the XIN input is used as a clock input of the device (main crystal oscillator set in Bypass mode). They do not apply for the XIN32 input which is designed for slow signals with frequencies up to 50 kHz. Parameters VIL and VIH defined in Table 10-15 apply.
Symbol | Parameters | Conditions | Min | Max | Unit |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
fIN | Input frequency(1) | – | – | 50 | MHz |
tIN | Input period | – | 20 | – | ns |
tHIGH | Time at high level | – | 8 | – | ns |
tLOW | Time at low level | – | 8 | – | ns |
tR | Rise time | – | – | 2.2 | ns |
tF | Fall time | – | – | 2.2 | ms |
Note:
- The maximum input frequency may be limited by the peripheral receiving this signal.
