9.1.7 GMAC Features

GMAC0 and GMAC1 support RGMII, RMII
The media interface is configured using the GMAC_UR.MIM and GMAC_NCR.MII bits. Each interface has a dedicated clock configuration.

Note: GMAC_UR.REFCLK must always be written to '0' in RGMII mode.
