The following chart shows the estimated PoH for different junction temperatures and different VDDCPU values. This chart applies to both Industrial (-V/4HB, -V/7EW) and Industrial Extended (-E/4HB) devices. VDDCORE is set to 1.15V for SAMA7G54 devices and 1.05V for SAMA7D65 devices.

Note: Industrial devices cannot be operated above a junction temperature of 105°C.
