On Silicon Revision B2, DUT Cannot Recover From TE0 Error

When the device detects an illegal broadcast address, it enters HDR mode and rejects all traffic on the bus until an HDR exit pattern is detected. On B2 silicon, it is not possible to force exit from HDR mode without a properly detected HDR Exit Pattern.
