2.5.3.4 Program at91bootstrap and the Bare-Metal Application to an SD Card

To prepare a bootable SD card, the at91bootstrap bootloader and the bare-metal application must be integrated into a complete SD card image using genimage.

The resulting image is then written to the SD card using SAM-BA tools.
