7 GPIO CONTROL

The MCP2222 supports GPIO control through the USB vendor-class interface.

GPIO commands, output states, input states, and I/O pin configuration settings are exchanged using the vendor endpoints assigned to the GPIO interface.

The general command and response formats are as follows:

Command format: bCommandCode + Payload
Response format: wResponseCode + Payload
