14.5.8 Register Access Protection

Certain registers cannot be modified while DIVAS is busy. The following registers are write-protected while busy:

• Control A (CTRLA)
• Dividend (DIVIDEND)
• Divisor (DIVISOR)
• Square Root Input (SQRNUM)

Accessing these registers while protected will result in an error.
