Introduction
The EV14Y33A 2-lead XSFN mikroBUS™-compatible socket board is designed for use with parasitically powered security devices and are available in a 2-lead XSFN package. The socket board is compatible with any Microchip microcontroller board that features a Mikroelektronika mikroBUS interface. Its dimensions conform to the large-size add-on board specifications outlined in the mikroBUS standard. Additionally, with the use of an adapter board, the socket board can be utilized with Microchip microcontroller development boards that support the Xplained Pro interface. The socket board allows customers to reuse the board with multiple 2-lead XSFN sample devices, either within a single application or across multiple applications. This solution provides a cost-effective way to configure and test devices and their features prior to mass production.
