2 Data Logging

Obtaining clear data is helpful for review. Even if the issue is not well understood, there are common logs that are always useful to have available.

Note: If submitting a support case through Microchip’s support portal, include these logs in the support case attachments.

Collect the following information during the debug process. This information will be critical in diagnosing and debugging any issue. If you are filing a support case through Microchip Support, gather the following information in advance. This preparation will help speed up the response time, as the Microchip engineer will likely request all of these items during the initial correspondence.
