18.2.3 End Event 1 (E1)

The value written to the APMEND1 register determines the number of counts of the internal 24-bit offset counter before the End 1 Event occurs. When the offset counter (which started counting after the Start 1 Event occurred) equals the value written to the APMEND1 register, the analog peripherals selected using the APMPERE1 register will be deactivated and transition back to a low-power state.

The total amount of time that the analog peripherals will remain active is dependent on the values written to these registers and the selected APM clock source. This value must only be long enough to perform the necessary analog functions to maximize power savings and ensure the device returns to a low-power state as soon as the analog peripheral completes its functions.
