3.6.1 Activation Code Format

The activation code includes a 64-bit header carrying a unique value checked by the PUF module, a payload, and a 32-bit checksum checked for transfer errors.

The overall length of the activation code is 996 bytes in the PUF driver, that corresponds with DRV_PUF_ACTIVATION_CODE_SIZE macro.

Note: The checksum can be used by software to check that the activation code is stored safely in the NVM area.
