1.3 Variable for LED Values

The value to be written to the LEDs (as explained in the next section), has been assigned to a variable (portValue), i.e., LEDs D2, D3, D4, and D5 will be on. See the Curiosity high pin count (HPC) development board for the board schematic (Get Software and Hardware).
