2.7.1 Restart Will Reset Counter Direction in NORMAL and FRQ Mode
When the TCA is configured to the NORMAL or FRQ mode (WGMODE in TCAn.CTRLB is
‘0x0’ or ‘0x1’), a RESTART command or Restart event will
reset the direction to default. The default is counting upwards.
