The SAMA5D2 SIP configuration options are:
- ATSAMA5D225C-D1M: 128 Mbit DDR2, recommended for bare metal and RTOS
applications
- ATSAMA5D27C-D5M: 512 Mbit DDR2,
recommended for Linux® applications
- ATSAMA5D27C-D1G: 1 Gbit DDR2, recommended for Linux applications
- ATSAMA5D28C-D1G: 1 Gbit DDR2, recommended for Linux applications, Payment Card
Industry (PCI 5.0) pre-certified
