23.3.4 Sleep Mode

The different MVIO domains on the device will remain operational in Sleep mode as long as the corresponding V_DDIOx supply voltage is active. Any of the four MVIO interrupts can wake up the device. The MVIO is operational in Doze and Idle modes.
