3.5.2 Read and Write Transceiver Registers

  • Write:

    Register values can be set to the transceiver registers by pressing the 'write' button. All registers are updated at once when 'Write' button is pressed.

    Attention:

    Changing transceiver registers can corrupt the current state of the transceiver. Proceed with caution.

    Note:

    The notifications will be updated in the output window for every update. For example, if the transceiver registers are updated to the kit by pressing 'write', the output window will show the status of the update as "Register Values are updated Successfully" or "Register Values are not updated properly".

    To enable the confirmation messages to be shown in the output window, set the Display Threshold to show Informational messages. This can be done using the 'Options' Dialog (can be opened using menu Tools->Options). In the options dialog, set the value for 'Status Management->General->Display Threshold' to 'INFO'.

  • Read:

    Register values can be read from the kit by pressing the 'Read' button. All register values are read at once when 'Read' button is pressed.
