The following figure shows additional functions.

The mikroBUS™ connector provides an interface to the CLKO, ALRT0, and ALRT2/USBCFG indicator pins.

The staggered connector provides an interface to the CLKO and ALRT3:0 indicator pins, as well as the USBCFG and USBSPND indicator pins.
