2.3.3 ATA8510 Configuration Tool

The EEPROM memory within the ATA8510 device contains the configuration settings of the RF transceiver. The ATA8510 configuration runs on a Java run-time engine that helps to do any of the configuration settings. For EEPROM programming, use the *.hex file export with the programming tools.

Note: The ATA5831/2/3 and the ATA8510 have the same Configuration Tool. The user must use the ATA5831/2/3 Configuration Tool for executing the EEPROM configuration for the ATA8510.
