The AT25080B/AT25160B/AT25320B/AT25640B provides 8,192/16,384/32,768/65,536 bits of Serial Electrically Erasable and Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) organized as 1,024/2,048/4,096/8,192 words of 8 bits each. The device is optimized for use in many industrial and commercial applications where low‑power and low‑voltage operation are essential. The device is available in space-saving 8‑lead SOIC, 8‑lead TSSOP and 8‑pad UDFN packages. All packages operate from 1.7V to 5.5V.
