7.6.3 I/O Pins

After reset, the I/O pins are tri-stated except the PA02 and PA03 pins (configured as an input with pull-up enabled). These pins, by default, are assigned to TMS_SWDIO for the PA02 pin, and to the SWCLK peripheral function for the PA03 pin, which allows for debugger probe detection.
