1.2 Power Requirements

All devices in the dsPIC33CK256MC006 family power their core digital logic at a nominal 1.2V and incorporate a capacitor-free, on-chip regulator that allows the device to run its core logic from VDD. The regulator provides power to the core from the other VDD pins and does not require an external CPU Logic Filter Capacitor (VCAP) connection. The specifications for core voltage and capacitance are listed in AC/DC Characteristics and Timing Requirements.
