4.3.6 UART Write

The I3C Controller wants to write data to a UART-based device connected to a UART port.

The I3C Controller sends a Private Write transaction with Function ID and data to transmit to the UART channel in its data words. The PIC MCU decodes the Function ID and initiates the UART Write operation in the respective UART channel.
