65.1 Description
The Security Module (SECUMOD)
embeds the secure memories (5 Kbytes of SRAM and a 256-bit register bank) dedicated to the storage of sensitive data. These memories are scrambled with a programmable 32-bit key.
When a fault is detected, regardless of the source, a clear signal can be sent automatically to the secure memories and clear their contents.
