3.2.1.4.5 PWRHLD, LPM, HPM and Power States Definitions
PWRHLD, LPM and HPM define different power states.
Other logic combinations of PWRHLD, LPM and HPM (after HPM unmasking) are forbidden.
The initial state is the OFF state (shutdown).
