3.1.1 Experiment Description
The boards are placed in an oven to characterize their responses (TJ and PTOT) to an ambient temperature (TA) sweep.
CAUTION: For characterization purposes, the oven
temperature is increased up to TJ = 125°C. For industrial devices, that
temperature exceeds the maximum specified range (105°C) and should never be applied
during normal operation.
- No cooling system and no air flow is provided.
- VDDCPU = 1.05V, VDDCORE = 1.15V
- CPU frequency = 90 MHz (the Linux kernel reduces the CPU clock when the activity is low. See Appendix A).
- All clocks are activated.
- Linux thermal control is disabled.
